Great time and cost saving option for HF radio By Guest
I had a Kenwood TS-140 transceiver that failed. I bought a new Icom IC-718 transceiver. This adapter allowed me to use my old Kenwood power supply to power my new Icom transceiver. It saved me the cost of having to get a new power supply and saved the hassle of getting a new connector and having to install it on my old power supply. Plus, I can simply unplug the adapter and use the power supply for radios it was designed and built for.

HF power cable By Guest
I have a Kenwood PS 50 power supply matted to TS570 and that was a 6 pin power cable with connector. Purchased a TS590sg but that's a 4 pin connector. Wanted to keep th same power supply and purchased this pwr cable and ... Fit perfectly and happy camper with the same supply. Good constuction. good deal KA1RJQ
