Go to the Order History section under your account. For each order you can see the order status as well as the tracking information, if available.
An email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email or have misplaced it, you can also track your package from your Order History page.
Tracking numbers may not be trackable until later in the evening when packages reach the shipping center. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours for the package to be trackable.
Please note that USPS has difficulty tracking international packages. Your USPS delivery confirmation number may or may not provide any useful information. Only a delivery confirmation number can be provided along with a shipment notification email.
Available shipping methods and shipping costs are calculated based upon the order weight, package dimensions and destination.
You can easily determine the available shipping methods and costs of shipping your order by adding the items you want to order to the shopping cart and entering the postal code or country in the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page.
You can also get the shipping cost during checkout, but you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and cost.
Orders shipping through the United States Postal Service can be delivered to PO Boxes.
For customers that would like to ship to a PO Box though UPS, please enter the physical address of your local post office in address line 1 (like "1234 Main St"). Then enter your PO Box number in address line 2 (like "PO Box 100"). Make sure the city, state and postal code match your local post office as well.
When completing your shipping address during checkout, please make note of the following.
Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
For local customers looking to avoid shipping costs, we offer will call pickup from our warehouse located in Yorba Linda, CA. Simply order online and select "Will Call" during checkout. An email will be sent automatically when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Our will call hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm PT, and is located in the front lobby of our building.
UPS Worldwide shipping methods offer door to door tracking and packages normally arrive within about 3-5 business days after shipment. Keep in mind that your local customs office may want to inspect your package first, which may delay it getting to your door.
Economy USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope shipping is available for many (but not all) smaller, lighter orders. Usually for orders less than approximately 3 pounds and totaling less than $300.
Orders shipped using economy shipping could take up to 1-3 weeks for delivery. Customs may delay your package even longer. Tracking is not available.
Unfortunately, once your order is processed and shipped in our system, even if the carrier has not picked up the package yet, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address or cancel the order. No exceptions.
If your order is shipping via UPS, address changes, delivery day changes and other options are available through UPS My Choice, a fee based service.
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
