Returns

Returns Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days for any reason (unless otherwise noted on the product page)
  • We require an RMA number for each return
  • Returned items must be in original, resalable condition, including product boxes, manuals, and packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise
  • Your original shipping fee is non-refundable, no exceptions

Non-returnable Items

Two-way radio earpieces that fit either in or over the ear are non-returnable for sanitary reasons. Custom cable and custom 360 panel products are unique assembles and therefore are non-cancelable, non-returnable. Special order items are also non-cancelable, non-returnable as they are not stocked. Sorry, we are unable to accept returns requests for these items for any reason. No exceptions.

Exchanges

Exchange requests will be accommodated by two transactions. First, request an RMA for any unwanted items within the 30 day return period. Once your RMA is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Second, place a new order for any additional items needed. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original order and the shipping cost of the new order. You may choose to wait until you receive your refund before placing the new order, or you may place the new order right away.

Warranty Returns

Some products carry a manufacturer's warranty beyond our 30 day return policy. Warranty periods and conditions are noted on each product page, if available.

If you do encounter an issue during the warranty period, please Contact Us. Sometimes our technical support department can resolve your issue over the phone. Depending upon the product, we may instruct you to contact the manufacturer to handle directly, or we may handle your warranty claim and provide you an RMA number to return to a defective product back to Powerwerx.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of warranty returns. No exceptions.

How can I make a return?

To return an item, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Packages received without an RMA number will be refused.

How can I request an RMA?

Go to the Order History section under your account. Click on the order number that contains the item(s) you would like to return. Orders that are eligible for return, 30 days old or less, will have a "Request RMA" button in the top right of the order details page.

Enter the SKUs and quantities you would like to return along with the reason, and follow any additional instructions.

After you receive your RMA number, follow any additional instructions included, then ship your package back to us at the following address:

Do not place a shipping label on the manufacturer's packaging. Securely package the returned product within an outer box. We strongly suggest you use a shipment method which includes insurance and tracking. Powerwerx will not accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit.

How long do returns take to process?

Return processing can take up to 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund after that time, please contact us with your RMA number for more information.
