How can I order from Powerwerx?

  • Place your order online with a credit card or PayPal
  • Place your order over the phone with a credit card
  • Get a formal quotation and then mail your payment via check or money order
  • Businesses and Schools with approved credit may email purchase orders

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover online and over the phone. We accept PayPal online only. For your protection, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.

We accept company checks, personal checks, certified checks, and money orders. Before mailing payment, please Contact Us to request a formal quotation that includes shipping and tax. Then mail payment for the quoted order total to:

Please also include the quote number in the memo field of your check or money order.

Personal checks will be held for two weeks or until cleared. For faster service, please send a certified check or money order. Your payment will be returned if you fail to include payment for shipping and/or tax.

Can I make changes to my order?

We may be able to make changes if your order still shows as status "Pending" or "Processing". Please Contact Us as quickly as possible.

Please do not place additional orders and ask us to combine them. This actually creates more work for us, as this is not possible in our system. Simply Contact Us quickly with your order number and a list of SKUs and quantities you would like to change or add to the original order.

Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once the order has been processed and shipped in our system, neither you nor our customer service staff can change it.

What is your cancellation policy?

We may be able to cancel your order if it still shows as status "Pending" or "Processing". Please Contact Us as quickly as possible.

Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once the order has been processed and shipped in our system, neither you nor our customer service staff can cancel it.

Custom cable and custom 360 panel products are non-cancelable, non-returnable. Once assembly of your custom product has begun, we are unable to cancel them. Special order items are also non-cancelable, non-returnable as they are not stocked.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are located in California and will only charge sales tax on orders shipping to or picked up from California.

What if I am tax-exempt?

Customers outside of California will not be charged tax. Therefore, customers in other states do not need to set up a tax exempt account.

If you are a tax-exempt organization, please register a Powerwerx account if you do not already have one.

Next, Contact Us and attach your completed California resale certificate or government tax exempt letter. You may also fax it to 714-674-4949.

Once your resale certificate has been received and processed, you may then place the order online or over the phone.

For future orders, you must log in to the same tax-exempt account to receive tax exempt status.

W9 Form & Tax ID

Our Federal Tax ID or EIN is 201803771. Customers may download a completed W9 form if required. For federal government customers, our cage code is 5B9C4.

Purchase Orders

Customers wishing to establish a credit account must submit a properly completed Credit Application. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Processing time largely depends upon how fast your credit references respond back to us.

Once credit is established, our terms are NET 30. All shipments are invoiced as of the date of shipment. Payment is due within 30 calendar days of invoice date.

Opening purchase orders are subject to a $100 minimum, not including freight charges.

Can you send me a printed catalog?

Sorry, Powerwerx does not offer a printed catalog. You are welcome to print out any pages from our website. Since we are always adding and updating products, our website is the best resource to browse our products.

Do you have a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum dollar amount for orders. Some items may require a minimum order quantity or order multiple.
